Cemetery Committee Meeting of 3/27/08.

  Meeting was called to order at 7PM by Chairman Bob Lee.

In attendance:  Bob lee, Jim bebout Larry Gleason, Jane Fahl, John
VanScoter, Steve DeSanto, John Buchko

Absent:  Everyone Else.

Minutes of 3/27/08 meeting were reviewed.  Moved to accept by Jane; Second
by Larry.

Old Business:

Buchko and John V. reviewed the progress on the chapel at Fremont.  The
large stain-glass window is done, cost was $600.00.  It was done by Home
Glass.  They were asked to address the side windows.  Progress will be
reported next meeting.
The next issue is the ceiling.  We will take a close look at it to see if
it needs stained or just polyurethened.

New Business:

Larry inquired about extending the availability of water service to the
back sections.  The issue was discussed and Bob will get an estimate of the
cost for the next meeting.

Jim discussed a zero radius lawn mower.  He visited several dealers and
gathered costs as well as brochures which he shared with the committee.
The committee voted to authorize the purchase of a machine.  Motion by
Steve; Second by Larry.  Copst not to exceed $4500.00.

Next meeting:  June 26, 2007, 7PM at School Meeting Room.
