Prayer: Jim opened meeting with a prayer
- Jim gave out the meeting notes from the 10-28-10 meeting.
Old Business
- Tom presented a solution/price of new window sash for window at St. Mary’s. Gave to Donna for Fr. Peter to approve the cost.
- Tom will contact John Van Scoter to check out the windows that need replacement at the convent.
- Gutters - school need repair
- All buildings - need cleaning
- Water/cafeteria of school - believe that correct gutters will fix problem
- Heat systems - Mike agreed to work with John Bartell as back up on minor heat control problems
- New Business
- Jim gave Donna a “St. Ann’s Work Order” form. We should use these as a means of looking at work that needs to be done and the follow-up
- The dumpster needs to be relocated - the best spot seems to be back to the main parking lot. Need to find the fence plan and start construction of fence
- Donna has a cost proposal from Joe Rose for repairing the Handicapped Parking area behind St. Ann’s. This and the drainage problem should be started before the snow comes.
